Topps Living Set – Card #1 Judge

As Aaron Judge approaches the AL Home Run Record held by Roger Maris, its fun to look back at the card that started off the Living Set. Aaron Judge started off as iconic card #1, vastly outselling the other cards available that week of Joe Panik and Nick Castellanos. A hearty 13,256 verions of Aaron Judge, compared to 3650 for Joe Panik and 3,639 for Nick Castellanos. Back in 2018, it turned out the Joe Panik and Nick Castellanos were the desirable cards from that week’s release, after collectors that missed out on the week one release decided to jump in and try to complete the sets. Four years later, the set is going strong with 550+ cards released.
